Two (or occasionally three of more)-sided marketplaces are a staple of startups.

There is a discussion over on the Wellbeing entrepreneurs group on two-sided marketplaces for wellbeing.

Anyone in the group building two-sided platforms/ markets in other spaces? Would love to hear what you’re up to.

Interesting question, and yeah, I’d love to connect with other doing something similar.

https://ubookr.com, my main startup is a B2B thing automating the business flow between real estate agents and their services providers. The suppliers are our customers, and the agent are theirs. We have about half the Australian sales agents in our system ATM.

    Yes it’s a classic multi-sided market!

If it’s useful, there’s my Platform Strategy Framework to help think through the issues in building platforms
