If you could get access to the person in one role at Waverley Council, what role would it be, and why? E.G. Head of HR to discuss their hiring processes during Covid and any challenges they are facing (I made that up but that’s what I’m looking for). I’m seeing the Mayor and Bus Dev manager on Tuesday and want to give them a taste of how useful they could be to the group.

The most obvious one for me is whoever can provide guidance on potential (council-owned) spaces for events, popups, work etc.

But really we need someone to be accessible who can guide entrepreneurs as to who at council they should be speaking to for their specific venture, be it transport, retail, waste, business community engagement etc.
