Setting up a startup is a massive challenge involving an incredibly diverse array of responsibilities, demanding constant learning and requiring difficult decisions at every turn.
For mentees a mentor can be a sounding board, provide additional perspectives based on experience, guidance in areas you are less familiar with, and someone to share your challenges with.
Mentors learn from the questions and domain expertise of mentees, are invigourated by their energy, and share the excitement of exploring opportunities and seeing growth.
Bondi Innovation is establishing a mentor program to match experienced mentors and ambitious mentees in the Bondi region to help build Bondi’s innovation potential. This will initially be a lightweight program involving limited commitment, but following a structured relationship to generate mutual value for participants.
